SLP Screener is a clinical screening tool used by speech-language pathologists (SLPs) and school staff to conduct kindergarten speech and language screenings. This policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

• Clinician profile: Your professional details (name, organization, email, signature) used to generate screening reports.
• Student records: Student names, dates of birth, ages, teacher, and class assignment.
• Screening data: Speech sound errors, task responses, scores, recommendations, and clinician notes recorded during a screening session.
• Class lists: Class names, school, teacher, and grade information.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage student screening records and class lists.
• To generate printable screening reports and class summaries.

• To authenticate users and secure access to screening data.

Data Storage & Security

All data is stored securely on protected servers. Each clinician's records are isolated — you can only access students, classes, and screenings that you created. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is controlled through authenticated user sessions.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. Screening data is only visible to the clinician who created it and, where applicable, workspace administrators within your organization. Reports may be printed or exported by the clinician for sharing with parents or school staff at the clinician's discretion.

Children's Privacy

SLP Screener is used by clinicians to screen kindergarten-aged children. Student data is entered and managed solely by authorized school or clinical staff. We do not collect personal information directly from children, and student records are not used for advertising or commercial purposes.

Your Rights & Data Deletion

You may delete individual students, classes, or screening records at any time from within the app. You may also delete your entire account and associated data from the app's settings. If you have questions about data retention or deletion, contact your organization's administrator.
